You can never be too prepared!

Please Bring Your Own

  • Side for 4th of July Party

  • Food for Yellowstone day

  • Dessert for white trash bingo night

  • Bottled water, lunches, drinks, and snacks

  • Coolers

  • Pillows and bedding (if camping or RV)

  • RV toilet paper (if camping or RV)

  • Sunscreen

  • Towels (we have 3 showers)

  • Flashlights / Headlamps

  • Camp chairs

  • ATV/UTV's if you have any

  • Fishing gear if you plan on fishing

We Will Supply

  • Water, electric, and sewer hookups for RV's

  • Insect repellent

  • Life jackets

  • Outdoor dining tables and chairs

  • Table cloths

  • Firepit

  • Games

  • Paper plates, bowls, and utensils

  • Food for breakfasts and dinners

  • General medical supplies (please bring your epipens, prescriptions, oxygen, or other specific medical supplies)

  • Laundry detergent (our laundry is available for use, don't need to ask, just use it if it's open)

  • Shampoo, conditioner, soap

  • Trash bags and trash cans

*Please be sure to RSVP to each activity so we can plan for supplies appropriately. If you do not RSVP, then we will consider you not attending and will not plan for you.

4x4 Excursion

Highly Recommended

  • Eye protection: sunglasses or goggles for dust, mud, bugs, and potential rocks

  • Bug repellent: there are sooo many mosquitoes! 

  • Sunscreen

  • Toilet paper

  • Extra rain jacket

  • Wet wipes or hand sanitizer: to wipe off dirt and dust from hands

  • Towel: if you are a driver, to wipe mud off the windshield

  • Water bottle

  • Transceivers 

  • Lunch, water, drinks, and snacks

  • Cooler and ice

Optional

  • Bear spray: highly unlikely you will need this but it's always a good idea

  • Binoculars

  • Dramamine if prone to motion sickness

  • Portable oxygen if prone to altitude sickness

White Water Rafting

Highly Recommended

  • Sunglasses: ideally with straps because they can fall off

  • Same with hats

  • Sunscreen

  • Water shoes

  • Lunch, drinks, and snacks

  • Insect repellent: mosquitoes aren't terrible but there are some.

  • Water bottle

  • Rash guard or wet/dry suit

  • Rain jacket if forecasted

  • Towel 

  • Do not recommend bringing valuables such as phones or keys

Water Dog Pack Trip

Highly Recommended

  • Sunglasses and hat

  • Sunscreen

  • Plenty of water with electrolytes!

  • Protein snacks

  • Bear spray: There are grizzly bears. Do not stray from group if possible. Always carry your bear spray on you! It is proven to be more effective than firearms.

  • Bug repellent: you will be sorry without this!

  • Bedding: This is a pack only trip so bedding needs to be limited. Sleeping bag and small (packable) pillows only. No mats or mattresses unless they are actual backpacking rated.

  • Backpack to carry water, snacks, and personal items. It does not need to be a "backpacking rated" but bring something comfortable.

  • Toilet paper and paper towels

  • Hand sanitizer

  • Tranceivers 

  • Flashlight / Headlamp

  • Whistle and compass

  • Pocket knife / multitool

  • Rain gear, extra jackets

  • Worn in hiking boots with wool or synthetic blend socks

Optional

  • Fishing gear

  • Portable oxygen if prone to altitude sickness

  • Binoculars

  • Card Games

We Will Supply

  • Horses and packsaddles: Only bedding, shelters, and meals will be packed on the horses. Please pack as much in your own backpack as possible.

  • Garmin GPS and Satellite Radio

  • Axe for firewood

  • Trash bags​

*This is a 12 mile round trip overnight hike. Terrain is rough. There is no way to go back if you change your mind halfway through.
